Give yourself plenty of time and space.
Choose a special cloth to spread out your cards.
Light a candle to set ritual ambiance.
Burn sage and smudge to clear the space.
On your first date with your cards,
I suggest you lay out the cards in numeric order. You’ll see the cards divided into 4 colors Pink, Blue, Green & Yellow.
Acquaint yourself with the 5 Guide Cards: Roots of Intuition, Innocence, Discernment, and Service. 
Follow your Senses.
Shed light. Shed skin. Tear away illusion.
Stretch your capacity to give and receive love.
Reclaim your gifts and serve your community.

Set an intention to connect with your ROOTS OF INTUITION.
Shuffle the deck while your mind wanders.
Let your fingers gently connect with each card.
Close your eyes. Take a deep in breath. Sigh while you exhale. Relax your shoulders.

Trust Your Intuition. Shuffle one more time.
Spread out the cards face down kinda like a fan. Pick one card to represents your tap root of intuition. Divide the rest of the deck into 4 stacks.
1st Stack is Innocence. 2nd Stack is Discernment.
3rd Stack is Responsibility. Last stack is Service.

Plant the stacks around your TAP ROOT OF INTUITION Card.
1ST STACK is Mother Earth-Where your roots are planted. Here is the source of your Innocence.
Following my inner-sense- What does my gut say? When I follow my inner guide-what do I ‘see’? When I listen to my heart-what do I ‘hear’?
2ND STACK is Father Sky- Here you practice reaching from your heart- Here you practice showing up-being seen and heard.
Snakes shed their entire skin-otherwise they will suffocate. What old belief am I ready to release-so my inner brilliance can be revealed?
3RD STACK is how you integrate your feminine and masculine and play with opposites.
You transform your challenges into strengths. What is here and now to be grateful for? When I let go of the struggle, what miracles are revealed?
4TH STACK is your unique gift from trusting your intuition.
You’ve come ‘out of the woods’ wiser than when you entered. My stories are medicine. What gifts do I have to share?
Now turn each card face up, 
starting with your center card-YOUR TAP ROOT OF INTUITION.
You see here that my TAP ROOT OF INTUITION is HALLOW TREE-Service. At my core, I’m deeply committed to service. In this reading I ‘intuit’ that everything I need is within reach.
My Innocence is GARGOYLE-Discernment.
Following my inner-sense- What does my gut say? When I follow my inner guide-what do I ‘see’? When I listen to my heart-what do I ‘hear’? I can trust my body sensations are real cues to follow and lean on. It’s important to remember my innocence is protected. I am not alone. My inner Gargoyle protects what is most precious.
My Discernment is WILD CARD-Service.
What old belief am I ready to release-so my inner brilliance can be revealed? I’m up for a shift of perspective, maybe literally flipped upside down. What golden egg have I been sitting on that is now ready to hatch?
My Responsibility is HOPE-Responsibility.
What is here and now to be grateful for? When I let go of the struggle, what miracles are revealed? Like the tree in the dead of winter IS regenerating- I DO see what’s possible even in the dark. My intuition is my flashlight into my soul.
My Service is SACRED PLAYGROUND-Innocence.
My stories are medicine. What gifts do I have to share? My INNER-SENSE of spontaneity and play serves humanity. Being creative and tracking how we interact keeps me ‘in the game’. Taking turns, playing fair, and realizing everyone gets to be the star are my core values.
