PSST! What if a card lands upside down? Do you read it as ‘inverse’? Personally, I face the cards right side up facing me. ‘Cuz-Following my intuition is like living from the inside out-upside down-opposite of most of the world!
You’ll notice in the images that often there are stacks under the face card…that’s for you to dip in deeper once you’ve ‘read’ your spread-you may have further questions. Like “Ooh! I want to know more about…” I encourage you to clarify your question before turning up another card. It helps in getting context for more revelation.

Imagine you are tapping the wisdom of a 700 year old oak tree.
Shuffle the cards 3 times.
Divide the deck into 3 stacks. Place each stack face down.
Turn over top card of each stack.
1st stack BRANCHES TOUCH THE SKY, is above.
2nd stack TRUNK, is your core.
3rd stack ROOTS SUNK INTO THE EARTH, is below.

Native Americans call trees Standing People. Everything comes to the tree. The tree provides food, warmth, protection, fresh air, shade, a sacred spot for a wedding, and a branch for a swing.

Kick off your shoes. Dig your toes in the earth. The soles of your feet lightly dance on the earth.
Pause – inhale deep. Breathe in guidance.
Exhale with a bountiful sigh. Release and surrender.

Inner Sense.

This card defines your path. See the center, edges, depth, and width. You set boundaries using discernment.
3rd card is NORTH – RESPONSE-ABILITY
You are bigger than your small story. Your strength is in your flexibility and vulnerability. You know how to transform conflict into mastery.
4th card is EAST- SERVICE
This card represents service, your gifts, And your wisdom gained from your life experiences. Now it’s important to Be Seen, Be Heard, Be Appreciated by unabashedly sharing yourself.

If you’re outside, find 2 sticks.
Whichever you have, they are your musical instruments.

Now that you’ve cleared the air, Take in a few big breaths.
It’s time for recess!

Expand your playing field! Go way out! Far-Out! Let your imagination go way beyond your comfort zone. Stand up, push your seat aside. Spread your feet apart. Put your hands on your hips. This is your Super Hero Pose!
